4. Participation in site inspection would be borne by the bidders.

BID SUBMISSION

Interested Companies/individuals should submit expression of interest with tender price in a sealed envelope with the property name clearly marked on the top right corner of the envelope.

All expression of interest and submissions shall be addressed and forwarded to:
